Green energy firm on course to challenge big six suppliers.

A green energy firm has announced that it thinks it can rival the big six energy providers ( possibly before Christmas 2018 ) Even though they themselves have raised their tarrifs by a staggering 11%.

"Bulb" which entered the market as a "affordable / renewable" supplier in 2015 now has over 750,000 customers , a massive Ten percent increase over the last 24 months. ( They had 75,000 in 2016 )

Hayden Wood, a former management consultant who co-founded the company with former Barclays energy trader Amit Gudka, said the firm was on a trajectory to overtake First Utility and Ovo within the next three months.
